Fergus Allan was born in Dundee and he was educated at Dundee High School and thereafter at St. Andrews University (Queens College, Dundee).  Fergus joined the Firm in 1965 and was assumed as a Partner in 1967.  Fergus is now Senior Partner and, as such, he is involved in most aspects of the Firm’s Chamber business, particularly residential and other conveyancing work.

Married with a grown-up family and living in Perth, Fergus is Honorary Secretary of the Perth & District Branch of the Save the Children Fund and is also an Elder of St. Leonard’s-in-the-Fields and Trinity Church, Perth.  Fergus is also a past President of Glenfarg Curling Club and a former playing member of the Perth & District Pipe Band.

Ian Lindsay was born in Perth and educated at Perth Academy and The University of Dundee. Ian joined Wyllie & Henderson in 1983 and was assumed as a Partner in 1988.

Ian is involved in all aspects of the Firm’s Chamber Practice with an emphasis on commercial work and a special interest in Liquor Licensing.

A past Chairman of Perth Round Table No. 200 and former Clerk to the Congregational Board of St. Leonard’s-in-the-Fields and Trinity Church, Perth,  Ian is a member of the Society of High Constables of the City of Perth.

Ian is married with two sons and lives in Scone.

Angela Scott was born near Montrose, Angus, and she was educated at Cults Academy, Cults, Aberdeen, and then at Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh, and The University of Dundee. 

Angela was enrolled as a Solicitor and Notary Public in 1995 and she was admitted to the The Office of Writer to Her Majesty’s Signet on 1st November 2002. 

Previously working in Edinburgh, Angela joined Wyllie & Henderson in May 2005 and was assumed as a Partner of the Firm on 1st July 2007.

Angela specialises in Wills, Trusts, Executries, Inheritance Tax Planning, Powers of Attorney, Personal Taxation, Property and related matters and she is licensed by The Law Society of Scotland to conduct Incidental Financial Business.   

Angela is married and lives in Perth.

Crawford Allan was born in Perth and he was educated at Perth Academy and then at The University of Abertay, Dundee and thereafter at The University of Strathclyde, Glasgow.

Crawford previously lived in Edinburgh where he worked with a number of large respected legal firms.  Crawford returned to live in Abernethy, just outside Perth in 2004 and began working with the Firm at the end of 2005.  Crawford was assumed as an Associate of the Firm on 1st July 2007.

Crawford’s principal involvement is in the field of Property Law, dealing with a range of Conveyancing, Security and related work.  Crawford’s Father is Senior Partner in the Firm. 

Married with a young daughter, Crawford’s many interests include being a playing member of the world renowned Vale of Atholl Grade I Pipe Band.
